POSITION SUMMARY:The Data Analyst III acts as subject matter expert aligning and understanding how data outputs strategically support and measure a business operations' objectives. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with key business leaders to understand business objectives, Key Performance Indicators and measurements of successSolve key business challenges and support future strategic initiative by analyzing outputs and trends of dashboards, data models, reports and data products for Envision HealthcarePresent findings and make recommendations to business partners to enable the best decisions possible to drive revenue growth, care delivery, and patient and physician outcomes and satisfactionAnalyze utilization of existing dashboards, reports and other products to determine ongoing usage, value and cost to the organization; provide recommendations to improve, decommission or maintain each toolConceptualize and present visualizations and stories that make it easy for everyone to understand, trust, and make decisions with the resultsUnderstand business operations and data flow identifying opportunities to present quantifiable data metrics deciphering initiative successAct as subject matter expert by maintaining cutting edge knowledge of the Data Science field by researching new techniques and best practices within the healthcare industryPerform other duties as assignedRegular and reliable attendance.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college. Minimum six (6) years of progressive work experience showcasing an ability to solve a range of business and technical problems. Experience acting as individual contributor.Computer Skills:
Knowledge and experience with the following:
Microsoft Windows Office (specifically Excel)Analytic tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or an equivalent toolDAX, MDX or equivalent query languageSQL, with ability to write and performance tune complex joins, subqueries and aggregationsSQL Server Analysis Services (SASS) R, SAS or equivalent statistical languagePython, Bash or equivalent scripting language Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages. Language Skills:
