CNC Programmer

Job Description

Program the sequence of machining operations, tool selection and tool set-up necessary to machine material to specified dimensions.

Ability to use programming languages, e.g. Master Cam and Surf Cam.

Must be able to read and interpret drawings, specifications and other input to determine proper dimensions, tools, and locations to ensure correct programming for creating parts.

Ability to run computer simulations to verify the accuracy of programs and ability to adapt or modify existing programs.

Efficiently catalog and store programs for future use.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Sales and machining personnel as needed.

Shift: 7am - 3pm

Experience: Minimum 3 years of CNC Programming (Pay rate commensurate with experience)

Education: High school diploma; college or trade school a plus.
