Client is in need of (1) Digital Experience Solution Developer.  This is a remote position but candidates must be in the Central Time Zone.     Please see Job Description below.  

Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of web integrations with CMS and ERP APIsAccomplish large front end and back end internal and external projects to improve the user experienceBe an IT liaison on technical issues involving the web applications for current and future projectsEvaluate all currently used web platforms and find ways to update and improve the systems to provide a seamless journey for users for both now and in the futureBe proactive in finding new projects and methods to improve usability and UX and internal and external web applicationsParticipate in projects and assignments that result from the changing needs of the department and the companyOther projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field is required
Relevant, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
2+ years of experience with eCommerce applications2+ years of experience with Adobe Magento 2
Experience with upgrading and maintaining platform versionsExperience with installing and customizing Magento themesExperience with building customer portal interfaces through ERP integrations
Experience with PHP and other web development coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MYSQL, and MSSQL, etc.User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsAble to work well and find solutions within an IT team environment with fast deadlines and continual improvement goalsNo travel is expected in this position

Preferred Qualifications

Strong working experience with LinuxExperience creating and consuming web services using REST and SOAPExperience integrating data from back-end services and databasesBackground with creating meaningful UX/UI for customer interfaces.Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and installing/customizing plugins/modules for CMSs.
