•    How many years of Android development experience do you have? (need to have at least 3 years of experience)  
•    Do you have any experience with Java and Kotlin? If yes, how many years? (need to have at least 3 years)
•    Do you have any experience with Android TV? If yes, how many years? 
•    Do you have any experience with WearOS (formerly Android Wear)? If yes, how many years?
•    Do you have any applications that are on the Google Play Store? Enterprise experience is preferable over small personal projects.
