Sr. Java Developer

Job Description

This is a long term project with the ask for contract to hire. Candidates who are Okay with CTH should ONLY apply.

There will be off hours support required form this person, they should be fine with that. They need to manage their work/ hours accordingly.

Role Overview:

Hands on JAVA technologies will need experience on 1.8 or later release.Low level design & troubleshoot production incidentsWork with the client team to gather requirements for the New feature enhancement and deliver Business Requirements documentKnowledge of the MS SQL Server (Database) candidate does not need DBA lvl expertise; resource will need to know basic queries to be successful.Knowledge of the AWS (Cloud) will be an added advantage the account is moving towards cloud, but immediate work will not involve AWS. Candidate should have experience developing/designing cloud architecture on AWS and may need to help on code reviews for client and our offshore teams.Knowledge of the Linux will be an added advantageStrong communication as it is a client facing role

Location: Baltimore 5 days a week, client side. For now remote, but must be local once things go back to “normal”
