Microsoft Solutions Technical Lead is part of an agile development team, working and leading the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for our customers. Utilizes agile/scrum methodologies and DevSecOps best practices to drive innovation and deliver mission focused solutions.
Provides technical leadership and hands-on support for customizing and driving innovation for Microsoft SaaS offerings to meet the business needs of our clients.
Documents requirements for configuring, testing and integrating a case management solution.
Maps functional requirements to Microsoft Dynamics product features and functionality to deliver CRM solutions.
Integrates existing systems and services into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture.
Leads the deployment and provisioning activities and prioritizes project requirements.
Develops test plans, testing cycles (regression, User Acceptance Testing, data validation, pre-production, and production.
Collaborates and leads post deployment activities including training
Leads and implements redundancy systems/backups and ensures continuity of operations, and disaster recovery
Active Secret Clearance
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
5+ years’ experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft SaaS solutions
Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, the Power platform technologies and Azure DevOps
Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
