Description:

This is highly technical position for someone who can dive deep, build complex, AWS & Salesforce optimized architecture and help member support accelerate solutions. You'll be engaging closely with technical teams requiring AWS expertise and some Salesforce experience and in so doing will be making a significant contribution on customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years hands-on experience building complex omni-channel contact center in the cloud.
- Extensive experience building integrations across CRM, WFM and contact center solutions
- Experience with Lambda scripting (e.g. node. js, python)
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and Salesforce
- BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience
- Familiar with advanced features and applying them into contact centers.

-Amazon Connect Specialty Consultant with Salesforce Voice experience.
-Seeking a Sr. Amazon Connect Developer to help with the implementation and enhancement of Amazon Connect with Salesforce integration.
