Generation Bio seeks an energetic and highly motivated Senior Process Data Analyst/Scientist to join the team and focus on developing, building, and maintaining databases and data processing systems in support of discovery, development, and manufacturing. You will work with a variety of scientists, IT, and Quality to design and develop systems to improve data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to empower our scientists at all levels to access our data. As a result, the work will require tool development, implementation, and ongoing support across the organization. The goal is to create a variety of metrics, dashboards, and analyses to answer critical scientific questions for the stakeholders and the leadership team. The ideal candidate understands science, bioengineering, data management/data warehousing, and thus can talk the talk with our team.
