CONTRACT TO PERM BO ANALYST / DEVELOPER

REMOTE THROUGH Q3 2021

The business object analyst/developer will be responsible for full lifecycle report delivery including requirements analysis, report design, data design, report development and delivery. BI Analysts will work closely with business peers to ensure proper alignment of BI reports and analytics with business needs.  The analyst will become a content expert on all reporting sources and a technical expert in Business Objects and SQL.

Serves as a member of cross-functional teams to achieve goals of BI and IT projects, including work plans, system design, and testing of solutions.Responsible for building and maintaining Epic reports, BI tools, creating and validating design specifications for new reporting solutions, supporting data extracts and data modeling and participating in data governance activities.Works with subject matter experts and report developers to design specifications for custom report requests.Responsible partnering with Report Developers for configuration, design and implementation of data models and custom filtersCreates Epic reporting content (Reporting Workbench reports and templates, Crystal Reports, Radar, Tableau, and SAP Web Intelligence) and other reports to display enterprise dataResponsible for building and maintaining Cubes, SAP Universes, Slicer Dicer custom filters, Third-party BI toolsPerform independent audits and validate BI artifacts (stored procedures, queries, reports, universes, etc.)Develops dynamic data discovery and visualization analytics environments.Write, validate, and execute test plans for solutions, applications, and/or operating systems.

Skills and Experience

BS in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience working with healthcare data experience a plusStrong SQL Reporting skills
