Qualifications

      4+ years of experience in Workday HCMSpecialized functional Payroll, recruiting, or Compensation experience a plus2-3 years' experience supporting a SaaS application preferredAdvanced understanding of object oriented architectureStrong written and oral communicationsStrong Leadership skillsSelf-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of acountabilityGlobal Experience in a HR HCM system

      Strong Leadership skills and Strategic ThinkingWorkday System Configuration: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time TrackingProvide Global SupportAnalyze system functionality that will help drive more efficient processes and provide and communicate recommendations to HR and the business on new solutionsResearch Workday system documentation through Workday Community to support user requests/resolve issuesDesign and maintain system configuration, including Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Custom Organizations, Locations, etc.Work on complex projects of large scopeDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectivesUtilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and/or build optimal solutions to meet our client's needsAble to multi-task and change directions in fast paced environment between Projects and Critical Run Support activities as neededTake initiative to continuously improve on processes and foster innovative solutionsAbility to lead conversations with teams including leadersRequirements gathering for project related work and enhancement requests related to WorkdayAbility to anticipate End to End impacts for new/modified functionality starting from data entry to downstream data flow and encompass broader than supported Workday applicationAbility to set technology direction and oversee successful delivery and/or support of the solutionProvide technical oversight of managed service IT run partners as it relates to HR HCM and HR data integrationCollaborate with Human Resource clients as well as other EIT teams HRIT governance and security policy adherenceParticipate and remediate any SOX audit requirementsMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleaguesMay contribute to the development of policies and procedures
