What we are Looking for:

Stoneridge Software is a looking for a highly motivated consultant to join our Dynamics 365 CE/CRM/Power Platform team. We are looking for someone with Dynamics 365 CE technical skills who has experience customizing the product, working with data, and innovating with all the technologies available within Microsoft Business Applications and Azure platforms.

The person filling this role is responsible for supporting the development components of Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects. This will entail implementing client business solutions using various methods including plugins, custom activities, client code, and user interface customizations, Power Apps, as well as integration tools such as Power Automate and LogicApps. Along with common third party tools such as Scribe and KingswaySoft.

This role will be part of a dynamic, passionate CRM and Power Platform practice that thrives on cross-functional collaboration, platform passion, humility, growth, and our core values.

A Day in the Life:

    Assist Business Analysts in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements more technical in nature related to their unique business needsHelp identify client business processes in need of development work, and document proposed solutionsImplement client business processes using various methods including plugins, Javascript/HTML, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), data integrations/migrations, and various reporting technologies like PowerBI and SSRSTroubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE errors and performance related issuesMaintain a strong utilization number by seeking work when not billingMaintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft’s product offerings and enhancementsWriting blogs on development topics to contribute to the Stoneridge blog

Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field4+ years Dynamics CRM experience5-7 years software experience in business-to-business environment4+ years .Net development experience, C# preferredKnowledge of JavaScript required; HTML preferredExperience with Microsoft stack technologies and their integrations to Dynamics CRM preferredExperience with some of the following tools for integrations and data migrations required: Scribe, KingswaySoft, SSIS, Power Automate, and/or LogicAppsStrong technical aptitudeAbility to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projectsAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of Solution Development KitAbility to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the teamExperience with PowerApps canvas apps is highly desirable

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
