Seeking a candidate for an urgent full-time opportunity


    Utilize the ServiceNow platform to develop and configure functionality that enables employees and clients, processes, and systems to operate faster, more efficiently, and with greater operational intelligenceCollaborate with your developer and engineering peers, along with the Product Management team to find innovative solutions to technical and business-related problemsProactively look for ways to improve and mature our use of the ServiceNow platform, and you will aggressively work to reduce technical debtAs a senior member of the team, people will expect you to be accountable and reliable, and will look to you for technical leadershipDevelop solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill user requirementsTroubleshoot advanced issues in the role of Level 3 SupportResolve critical incidents as a member of an after-hours and weekend on-call rotationImplement and maintain ServiceNow's Customer Service Management applicationProvide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and build relationships with business users and the Product Management teamAssist with platform upgrades and help maintain the overall health of the platformAdvocate for and champion the use of ServiceNow as a go-to solution for business needsBuild and maintain robust integrations with other systems and tools to support business objectivesWork with your peers in a self-organizing manner as part of an Agile scrum teamAggressively look for ways to reduce technical debt, introduce best practices, and champion high-quality user experiences within the platformWork collaboratively with other developers and engineers, as well as the Product Management team to design elegant, modern, efficient, and high-quality solutions to meet business needsServiceNow Certified Application Developer on the Orlando versionServiceNow Certified Administrator on the Orlando version


    4+ years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instancesExtensive JavaScript experience, and strong knowledge of Angular JS and ReactJSDeep knowledge of HTML and CSSKnowledge of Jelly preferredProficiency in C# or C++ preferredExperience working with PowerShell preferredIn-depth understanding of the Agile methodologyA strong and demonstrable understanding of UI/UX theory and designExtensive experience working with business users to understand requirements and implement technical solutionsExperience creating and maintaining technical and architectural documentationProven experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow's Customer Service Management applicationExtensive knowledge of the Application Studio and the Service PortalWorking knowledge of the UI BuilderPlatform implementation experience preferredAbility to solve problems, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with customer service focusExceptional attention to detail, organized, and self-starterAbility to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
