Position: Workday Advanced Reporting And Data Analyst
Location: Newark NJ (100% Remote)
Duration: : 04+ months(Possible extension)

Payrate : $50/hr. on W2
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix, trended, and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report DesignerDevelop and maintain custom dashboards and deploying Workday delivered dashboardsDeliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboardsAnalyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT)Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirementsProvide support for existing custom reports in WorkdayAbility to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenanceManage system integrations within the architecture of the HR system and middlewareProvide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrationsProvide support for incident managementPerform routine break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middlewareEnsure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolutionAnalyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specificationsEnsure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirementsConsult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisionsDesign and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration testsUnderstand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data qualityUnderstand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practicesUnderstand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience 5+ years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting, Integration support and data analysis Workday certifications preferred * Experience with Discover Boards, People Analytics, or PRISM is a plus

Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields)Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data.Working knowledge of HR information systems, including experience in designing, building and testing reports in various HR applicationsAbility to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries.Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad).Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
