Provide 3rd Tier support for mobile systems management solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve server infrastructure or client agent problems in assigned areas. Install, configure, and maintain necessary software, documents, configurations and management agents. Package and deploy security updates and patches. Create and maintain scripts used to run Afaria actions to inventory, configure and update client devices. Maintain departmental Portal sites including Sharepoint and self- help web portal to display metrics and reports Maintain a variety of documentation such as configuration standards, , user requirements, reports, metrics, configuration manuals, process manuals, and/or specifications for products.
BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience Three to five years providing third-tier operational support for mobile computing infrastructure. In depth working knowledge of networks and Windows computing infrastructures and mobile technologies Demonstrated experience of SDLC and hands-on experience with a systems management tool (Marimba, Afaria, Remoteware, Tivoli, SCCM)
